Tour of Waste Connections Recycling Facility

Ever wonder what happens to that stuff you put at the curb? Join us for a tour of the Waste Connections recycling facility. Tours usually last about 1 ½ hours. It is a noisy and dusty environment, so small children are not allowed. You must wear close-toed shoes; safety glasses and hard hats will be provided. There is a considerable amount of stairs involved. That time was chosen because the machines shut down for lunch from 11:30 to 12; we can see the operation before and after that time and also have 30 minutes in which we can hear the tour guide better. Reservations aren’t required, but it would be appreciated if you would let Bob know if you plan to come.
