Program Meeting – “Mushrooms and the Dawn of Mammals,” by Lyndzee Rhine

October 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free

Mushrooms and other fungi may seem irrelevant and weird to many, but what if I told you they have the power to shape the entire world and that they already have? Follow along as Lyndzee presents a hypothesis on the rise of mammals 65 million years ago.

Author of A Pocket Guide to Common Kansas Mushrooms, Lyndzee Rhine, has been learning about fungi and working in the fields of conservation and education for over 10 years. She currently serves the residents of Kansas in her role as the Outdoor Skills & Recruitment Coordinator for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, introducing the public to new skills such as mushroom identification, bird watching, archery, hunting, and fishing.

This program will be ONLINE only – streamed onĀ YouTube

Later the recorded program will be available on both YouTube and Facebook
